LIVING CONDITIONS WERE VERY POOR, WINDOWS BROKEN, AND NEEDLES IN 2 OF THE 3 BEDROOMS. TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT. KITCHEN SINK LEFT WITH DISHES AND OLD FOOD ON THE COUNTERTOPS. BATHROOM TOILET OVERFLOWING, WATER SWEPT THRU THE LIVINGROOM OUT THE FRONT DOOR. FLYS WERE WEVERY WHERE THRU OUT THE UNIT. NEIGHBOR STATED HUSBAND AND WIFE WITH TWO KIDS LIVING THERE. WIFE AND KIDS MAY HAVE LEFT. QUESTIONED NEIGHBORS FOR OWNER / LANDLORD/ MANAGER INFORMATION. BOARD UP COMPANY FOR THE OWNERS SHOWED UP TO BOARD UNIT 3, I WAS ABLE TO GET ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION FROM HIM. CONTACTED MANAGER FIRST, OCCUPANT2 MONTHS BEHIND ON RENT, WIFE AND KIDS DID LEAVE BECAUSE OF ABUSE, OCCUPANT MAY BE RENTING EXTRA ROOMS TO HOMELESS, MANAGEMENT BY ON 8/08/17 FOR RENT, OCCUPANT NOT HOME AND UNIT OPEN. HE HAS BEEN GIVEN A 5 DAY NOTICE TO LEAVE. MANAGER BROOKE STATED HER MAINTANENCE CREW WOULD SECURE ANY BROKEN WINDOWS SINCE THEY WERE ON SITE. DUE TO LIVING CONDITIONS AND THE AMOUNT OF NEEDLES INSIDE AND OUT AND THE REQUEST FOR HELP FROM MANAGER AND TPD TO SECURE THE UNIT, THE DECISION WAS MADE TO ISSUE A CONDEMNATION NOTICE AND POST THE UNIT UNFIT TO OCCUPY.
