INSPECTOR WAS ABLE TO WALK THROUGH DWELLING WITH NO OBSTRUCTIONS OF EMERGENCY EXITS. HALL SMOKE ALARM STILL MISSING HOWEVER INSPECTOR TESTED ALL OTHER SMOKE ALARMS IN THE FRONT ENTRY, LIVING AND BEDROOMS ALSO IN KITCHEN ALL ARE IN WORKING CONDITION. INSPECTOR HAD OWNER REMOVE COVERINGS FROM THE INTAKE AND RETURN VENTS IN THE GARAGE THAT ARE NEEDED DUE TO GAS HEATER AND HOT WATER HEATER LOCATED IN GARAGE, ALSO INSPECTOR HAD OWNER REMOVE ITEMS PLACED AGAINST HOT WATER HEATER DUE TO IT BEING A FIRE HAZARD. THE DWELLING INTERIOR IS CLEAN AND SANITIZED IS CONSIDERED TO BE SAFE HUMAN LIVING CONDITIONS AT THIS TIME. OWNER HAS GAS UTILITY SCHEDULED FOR TURN ON. NO EXESIVE STORAGE FOUND INSIDE DWELLING. SPOKE TO SUPER MROMERO OKAY TO LIFT CONDEMNMENT. SEE PICTURE IN SIRE. |
