I LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEIR ELECTRICAIN WHO STATED HE HAD CHECKED ELECTRICAL ISSUES INSIDE BUT FOUND UNIT TO BE OLD KNOB AND TOOTH, OLD WIRING BUT IN FAIR CONDITION, OUTLETS PROPERLY INSTALLED, NO REAL PROBLEMS INSIDE. RECEIVED CALL FROM MAINTANENCE PERSON WHO STATED THEY HAD MADE REPAIRS TO THE COOLER, HE THINKS THE PROPBLEM IS OCCUPANT NOT USED TO THE COOLER AND THINKS IT SHOULD COOL LIKE A/C. HUMID WEATHER NOT HELPING THE OCCUPANT EITHER. MAINTANENCE PERSON ASKED ABOUT THE VENTILATION PROBLEM, NOT SURE WHAT OCCUPANT MAY BE TALKING ABOUT. ENEDED UP LEAVING A BUSINESS CARD ON THE FRONT DOOR OF OCCUPANTS UNIT AND GIVING A COPY OF COMPLAINT FORM TO MANAGER TO USE AS A PUNCH LIST. |
