07/31/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site and did an inspection on the mobile home. Did find the floor covering is all worn out and the sub-flooring is exposed where the tile has broken off, the drain line for the trap has been disconnected on one side on the kitchen sink, lacking smoke detectors, the tub is not secured in the bathroom, globes are missing, no closet doors, the front door steps are loose and the steps are lacking on the side door, holes in the walls, doors missing, has trasha and debris in the front and rear yard space and not able to get to the electrical meter and disconnect for the mobile home. The owners rep. will install smoke detectors, connect the plumbing on the kitchen sink and will look at the floor on doing the repairs. The tenant will remain in the mobile home and will wait for the time frame on getting the repairs done. The rep. will call the owner on getting the money to start the repairs. RV.
11/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is being sold and have talk to the new owners and what needs to be addressed. This case will be referred to T14DV02111 due to have a citation being sent to the owner of the property for the same issues. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
