The mobile home had no cooler. no steps on the rear door, broken windows, no gas, no hot water, no smoke detectors, roof leaks, furnace missing the cover in the hallway, missing coverplates on outlets and switches, bathroom toilet leaking at bottom when used, no door knob, outlet in bathroom not working, no exhaust fan in bathoom, water heater lacking the door on the exterior, holes in the walls, has fans and cooler in the mobile home and still hot with kids. The owners rep. signed the paperwork. The mobile home was condmened due to lacking the cooler, the roof leak and the mobile home shouldn't have been occupied. RV.
11/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is being sold and have talk to the new owners and what needs to be addressed. This case will be referred to T14DV02111 due to have a citation being sent to the owner of the property for the same issues. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
