07/31/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site with and found where a tree branch has fallen on the roof and made a hole in the roof and knocked down the drywall ceiling in the living room area. The electrical is not working on the west side of the house, the plumbing in not working in the tub and shower and the tenant has to go somewhere to take showers. The toilet is backing up at times, has windows that are covered with plywood due to broken glass, cooler not working, lacking smoke detectors and other issues. The house is being condemned due to the roof leaking, the plumbing and electrical not working properly. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have all the openings secured with plywood. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the side window on the plywood. The tenants are staying with freinds and will come back on 8-3-17 to remove their items from the house. RV.
11/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is being sold and have talk to the new owners and what needs to be addressed. This case will be referred to T14DV02111 due to have a citation being sent to the owner of the property for the same issues. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
