The electrical is not working on the west side of the house, the plumbing in not working in the tub and shower and the tenant has to go somewhere to take showers. The toilet is backing up at times, has windows that are covered with plywood due to broken glass, cooler not working, lacking smoke detectors and other issues. The house is being condemned due to the roof leaking, the plumbing and electrical not working properly. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have all the openings secured with plywood. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the side window on the plywood. The tenants are staying with freinds and will come back on 8-3-17 to remove their items from the house. RV. |
