07/31/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site and did inspection on the trailer. Found broken windows, the water heater has no enclosure on the exterior of the trailer, no cooler, the roof leaks, roaches and so bad the powder has been thrown on the edges of the walls through out, termites, ligh fixtures hanging , lacking smoke detectors, cover plates lacking, the water heater is on an extension cord and plugging into a outlet in the kitchen area, door missing in the bedroom, toilet backing up and other issues. The owners rep. signed the paperwork. The trailer was condemned for lacking the cooler, roof leak, broken windows and owners rep. stated not going to repair due to age. RV.
11/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is being sold and have talk to the new owners and what needs to be addressed. This case will be referred to T14DV02111 due to have a citation being sent to the owner of the property for the same issues. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
