Found broken windows, the water heater has no enclosure on the exterior of the trailer, no cooler, the roof leaks, roaches and so bad the powder has been thrown on the edges of the walls through out, termites, ligh fixtures hanging , lacking smoke detectors, cover plates lacking, the water heater is on an extension cord and plugging into a outlet in the kitchen area, door missing in the bedroom, toilet backing up and other issues. The owners rep. signed the paperwork. The trailer was condemned for lacking the cooler, roof leak, broken windows and owners rep. stated not going to repair due to age. RV. |
