07/31/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured mobile home. Not able to locate the owner and have a maintenance man on site and not able to do anything until he talk to the owner. Have had issues with the maintenance not securing properly due to the owner doesn't have the money. Talk to Martin Romero and received permission to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site and had all the openings secured with plywood. Did make contact with the owner and discuss the securing of the mobile home. The owner wanted the maintenance man to secure and let the owner know that the maintenance man not able to secure the mobile home due to has a job. The owner did send a person to check the property and given permission to sign the paperwork. RV.
11/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is being sold and have talk to the new owners and what needs to be addressed. This case will be referred to T14DV02111 due to have a citation being sent to the owner of the property for the same issues. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
