07/31/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site and found where a condemned mobile home was being occupied. Did talk to the tenant and went over that the mobile home was condemned and was not suppose to be staying in the mobile home. Did go over what was wrong with the mobile home and were the same issues as before. No work has been done to make the needed repairs. The cooler was leaking water on the roof, having issues on the electrical shorting out and flickering lights, broken windows, soft spots on the floor, the sliding glass door not able to lock, plumbing issues of backing up and leaking faucets, lacking smoke detectors, rear door screwed shut and other issues. The mobile home had been posted Do Not Enter and the posting has been removed from the front window. The tenant was going to move out and was getting a truck to move the items out. The owners rep. gave money to the tenant to stay at a hotel for the night. RV.
11/22/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is being sold and have talk to the new owners and what needs to be addressed. This case will be referred to T14DV02111 due to have a citation being sent to the owner of the property for the same issues. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
