Went to unit 116 and Matt with tenant, could tell evaporative cooler was blowing out cold air, could fill this while I entered into front door living room area. Humidity is 40% today and this is an evaporative cooler set up, explain to both tenants that the unit is operating as it should. They understood the situation and moved into another complaint about the refrigerator I advised them that the City of Tucson does not do appliances but never-the-less spoke to management and they would get with the tenant to switch out that refrigerator for them. At this time will move to close out the case as issue was addressed |
