She contacted the property manager and someone came out on Saturday to let her know the compressor on the A/C unit went bad and so a new compressor was ordered the the A/C company.Tenant stayed in a hotel over the weekend. When I arrived A/C still downed, spoke to management and they gave me the same info tenant did, they offered her a hotel for the night and she would be reinbursed but tenant coud not do it, I asked for a fan for tenant and they countered with a portable evaporative cooler they would bring within a 2hr period. Tenant was ok with this arrangement. Spoke to A/C company and stated he would be there at 9:00am and should have the system up by 11:30 am. Will follow up ont Tuesday with case |
