Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.
07/11/2017 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(h) OUTDOOR STORAGE Outdoor storage on residential properties is prohibited under the following conditions: 1. When stored in the front yard. 2. When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

Did not see any signs of an auto mechanic shop being run out of this property, no vehicle hoods were up or any dismantled cars were seen at this time. Six cars seen on property and could not verify if they were junk motor vehicles from fence, all seem to be in good order. Did however have trash and debris along front and side curb areas on this is a corner property. Also trash and debris along front and side yard areas to include items on top of a metal shed. Trash also under front porch area will move to notice of violation for violations noted
07/25/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with owners at the property. Inspection found weeds grass along both front curbs clean and clear with new flowers planted along fence line. Trash and debris along front side roof of the shed and in front porch all removed and properly disposed of period storage issues with pallets and other items in front we're also removed. Will move to close out this case
