06/06/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with the caller, she showed me into her home the kitchen and bedroom areas where by the back wall of her yard could be seen and just beyond that is this trailer she is concerned about. States they bring this trailer into the property at all hours of the nite and early morings with generator on along with their banging around which wakes her up and interfering with her sleep patterns. Wall was approx 8ft high on her side of the property but could see the top of a trailer were she states the trailer is always parked and its approx 15ft from the wall on their property. Will address the situation with zoning dept.
06/08/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site of business where along west side rear of the property I encountered at Truck and Trailer hooked up to about to leave the property. Met with Anthony who runs the Mariscos Chihahua Exprss (trailer) and Sam his worker. States they just stared this business where to run to Amado and Tubac and set up for lunch there and return to this location in early evening. They then begin their day in the moorings usually about 7:30 am getting the cart ready however this is not done every day. They showed me there Business License and their Pima County Health Department License which was done on 03/01/2017. They both stated they have been mindful and courteous to the neighboring properties and ever shut down the generator before backing into their property. Phone numbers were exchanged and let them know I would get back with them on actions by may or may not have to complete.
