Did check the unit and found human feces on the carpet and the ceiling in one of the bedroom. Found roaches, broken window in the bedroom, broken outlets and missing coverplates, lacking smoke detectors, missing closet doors, have food on the flooring and have trash and debris through out and some is blocking the paths to doors and windows. The maintenance man came to the site and secured the unit and signed the paperwork. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door and the maintenance man changed the locks on the door. He did look at the unit and will get with the manager on what needs to be done. The tenants were arrested and the children were taken by C.P.S. The electrical was turned off at the breaker by the maintenance man. Will check in 10 days. |
