05/29/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communiction called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and unit on site and had a medical issue with a neighbors vehicle and hit a facade to the carport to the sidewalk area to the house. The facade was a column with an arch and the arch and one column has been removed with damage to the wood framing and stucco with wire. A section was removed while on site due to was hanging by the wire. The wire was cut and fell. The son of the owner was on site and signed the paperwork and braced the beam with a 4 x 4. The son called a friend and will look at the work needed and was advised that the beam in not supported with any of the framing due to was all damaged from the inpact of the vehicle. Will call the owner on Wednesday to check the status of rhe framing being done. The person that hit the structure lives across the street and will check on their insurance doing the work also. The son will be able to remain in the house. RV.
08/02/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The permit T17CM05810 has been issued on 7-28-17 and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
