05/18/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from communication that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the units were still on site and a vehicle hit the exterior of the building and hit a wood frame wall and damaged the stucco, drywall and pushed some of the wood frame studs with shearing. The damage was to one bedroom and a closet in the same room. Did allow the tenants to remain in the unit and will get with management on cleaning the area. Did have 2-condensors in the area and one is a total lost and the other has been knocked off the pad and will need to be check if it can be re-used. The fuse pullouts were taken out and kept due to not able to find management or maintenance on the property. Did call the emergency phone number and they will come to the site tomorrow. They will look at the damage and let the management know what happened and what needs to be done. Will wait for the call tomorrow. The tenant signed the paper work and will give the copies to the management tomorrow. RV.
06/07/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Work is still being done and will be calling the inspection in a couple of weeks. The permit T17CM04162 issued on 5-26-17 with no inspection done at this time. At this time the case will be closed due to the permit has been issued. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
