The car hit the northeast corner of the house by the front door. The wall was bearing and not the main bearing for the house and is for the extension for the foyer. The opening is secured the tenant will be allowed to remain in the house. The tenant signed all the paperwork and will send a copy to the owner. The tenant stated that she will pay for the board up. She will have to call the owner to make the arrangements. Once secured left the site. Will check in 45 days. RV.
07/17/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved No one home and the work has been done. The permit, T17CM04426 issued on 6-7-17 and finaled on 6-8-17. At this time the case will be closed.Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
