05/06/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a dumpster fire and near the building. Arrived and the fire was out and was working on hot spots. Some one sleeping in the area dumped a cigaret on the trash and started to burn. The fire burned all around the dumpster and behind the building. The area has condensors that were damaged and the disconnects were turned off due to the damage to the flex from the condensor to the disconnect has heat damage. No damage to the interior of the building. Will do N.O.V. on the trash and debris. Health department did come to the site and the coolers were to remain on and also did notice on the trash and debis. The person was caught that started the fire by T.P.D. The store was able to remain opened. The district manager signed the paperwork and left the site. Will check on the dumpster being moved to another location and blocking that area off to the alley. Will check in 10 days. RV.
06/08/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The fire damage has been cleaned and the electrical has been repaired. The condensors are all working at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
