05/05/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, DID FIND A SINGLE CAMPER ON THE EMPTY LOT. CAMPER HAD MOVED DOWN THE STREET ABOUT A HALF BLOCK FROM ANOTHER EMPTY LOT. THAT LOT WAS CLEANED AND FENCED, POSTED NO TRESPASSING. CAMPER WAS PASSED OUT, SPRALLED OUT ON THE GROUND. I RECOGNIZED THE CAMPER FROM DOWN THE STREET, HE GAVE ME A DIFFICULT TIME THE FIRST MEETING, I CONTACTED TPD RIGHT AWAY, WAITED FOR TPD ARRIVAL. WHILE WAITING I CONTACTED OLD PUEBLO COMMUNITY SERVICES WHO STATED THEY WOULD SEND SOMEBODY OUT TO DETERMINE IF THE CAMPER WANTED HELP. AFTER TPD ARRIVED THEY WOKE THE CAMPER ALLOWED HIM TO FULLY AWAKE THEN ASKED QUESTIONS. CAMPER STATED HE WAS WILLING TO LEAVE, NEEDED TO GET HIS THINGS TOGETHER AND WOULD THEN GO. HE STATED HE DID NOT WANT HELP FROM OKD PUEBLO AND COULD DO THIS ON HIS OWN. I FOUND SEVERAL OPENINGS IN THE CHAINLINK FENCE. I WIRED THOSE OPENINGS SHUT THE BEST I COULD, I CHAINED AND LOCKED THE DBL GATE. TRIED FINDING THE OWNERS, MY SEARCH CAME UP NEGETIVE, NOV TO FOLLOW.
