Arrived and the units still on site and found where the electrical has no electrical to the unit due to the power was removed at the meter due to lack of payment. Has a red tag on the meter. Did check the interior with the tenant and found where the smoke detector has been pulled off the wall. The water heater has flex and is not connected properly and the wiring is exposed. Will call the manager in the morning to have the issues addressed on being repaired. The tenant sign the paper work for the Notice to Vacate and the Indemnification with the tenant locking the unit. Did do the posting on the front window of Do Not Enter and the tenant will come in the morning to get some other items. The tenant will make a payment next week and advised that once the electrical turned back on that they can move back into the unit. Once the posting was placed, every one left the site. Will call the manager in the morning. RV. |
