04/25/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT LOPEZ Approved Management did replace some toilets throughout the property and repaired a few leaks and are all done with that project, also 125amp replaced like for like, combo permits were obtained for electrical. Units were only down for an hour or two then turn back on, will be done with the electrical project by June. all tenants were notified of water and electrical construction throughout the property by sending them letters and we're also advised if they had any food that they were worried about going bad that they could place it in the community office frigerator. No violation at this time copies of letters will be Sire.
