WATER DAMAGE WAS FAIRLY MINOR. APT MAINTANENCE PERSON ARTURO MARTINEZ WAS ON SITE, CONTACTED WATER EXTRACTION COMPANY, MANAGER AND IN THE PROCESS OF REPLACEING TOILET IN #204. ARTURO WAS WAITING TO HEAR FROM MANAGER CRISTINAL STEENSON TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TENANT IN #1O4 WOULD REQUIRE PLACEMENT OVERNIGHT. BUSINESS CARDS GIVEN TO BOTH OCCUPANTS. NOV ISSUED TO REPLACE WATER DAMAGED DRYWALL IF NECESSARY AND TO DRY OUT THE CARPETS. NOV SIGNED FOR BY ARTURO MARTINEZ. |
