OWNER STATED THERE WAS A SMALL FIRE STARTED ONE NIGHT, THAT WAS IT, I FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF ONGOING FIRES. COMPLAINTANT ASKED I SPEAK TO NEIGHBOR ON N STONE AVE. SHE STATED SHE HAD ONE ISSUE WITH PEOPLE TRESPASSING ON HER PROPERTY AND CLIMBING THE FENCE BUT THAT WAS RECTIFIED. SHE LATER STATED SHE FELT SHE WAS BEING PRESSURED INTO COMPLAINING BUT HAS HAD NO REAL PROBLEMS WITH THE PERSON WORKING ON THE PROPERTY. SPOKE WITH OWNER OF THE PROPERTY. HE STATES COMPLAINTANT HAS BEEN TRYING TO BUY THE PROPERTY FROM HIM SO HE CONTINUES TO COMPLAIN. FOUND NO VALID COMPLAINTS AT LAST INSPECTION ON 5/25/2017. CLOSE CASE PER RICK SALDATE.
