TPD HAD TO KICK THE FRONT DOOR IN AND ARRESTED THE FEMLE OCCUPANT. MY INSPECTION FOUND THE FOLLOWING: >NO ELECTRIC >DAMAGED WATER LINE, WATER HAD TO BE TURNED OFF > LIVING CONDITIONS, TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE INTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE. >FOUND HOLES IN THE SUB FLOORING THRU OUT THE UNIT >NO SMOKE ALARMS. EVIDENCE OF CANDLES. OWNER CONTACTED BY TPD AND ON HIS WAY WITH KEYS TO OPEN THE STRUCTURE. ONWER ASKED THAT UNIT BE COMPLETELY BOARDED. ARCADIAN BOARDED THE TAILER FIELD NOV ISSUED TO THE OWNER AND UNIT POSTED"UNFIT TO OCCUPY. OWNER WAS INFORMED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH EVICTION, REMOVE ALL INTERIOR AD EXTERIOR TRASH AND DEBRIS, MAKE ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS TO THE STRUCTURE, AND CALL FOR INSPECTION. >ROOM STRUCTURE IN VERY BAD CONDITION. |
