Tried to make contact with manager who was not there at the time. Was abale to get the maint men on site, states the leak is by unit# 1105 and water is comming out of the clean out where cap is off. Continual problem unit as the tend to plug up the plumbing system with items they put in toilet.Maint man called the manager and I spoke to Tonya as I explained to her the situation she was going to call a plumber to deal with the issue. I gave her 24hrs and follow that conversation up with an NOV to the maint man. Will follow up |
