04/01/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT LOPEZ Approved Was called by Communications to assist Tucson Police for a car through building at the address of 1720 west Irvington Road, When Inspected the building found that blg. was hit at the south east corner, damaged exterior block moved in about six inches, only electrical condu was damaged not wireing, sheetrock had a crack in the corner from the roof to the floor in the interior, also found that freezer was shifted a little behind the area that was hit .no electrical damage, no support issues that can be seen at this time. Circle K is sending their own maintenance crew to take care of repairs, barricaded area with caution tape temporarily , will advise Circle K to barricade properly till the repairs are done and while doing repairs. I will be issuing notice all repairs must be done under permit.
05/01/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LOPEZ Approved Permit in issued status and repairs done will be closing this work order.
