04/20/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and found on the South/ East corner of the intersection in front of the Checkmate business wires on the ground, there was plastic conduit with a junction box and wires still in the ground all would seem to be leftovers from the new replacement of the pole. Tried to remove it however was in ground still. Called Quest 1-800 number and a ticket was made for a technician to check on location and remove all useless equipment on the ground will follow up on Monday
04/24/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site to find all left over wiring and downed conduit was all removed by utility co., will move to close out this case
