THEN SPOKE WITH MAINTANENCE PERSON DON WHO STATED OWNERS NOT WILLING TO PAY FOR MOST REPAIRS. DON REQESTED WHAT THE VIOLATIONS WERE FOR, I EXPLAINED IF THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED BEFORE I CAME BACK IN 24 HRS I COULD CLOSE MY CASE. I EXPLAINED BOTH LEAKS IN THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN NEEDED TO BE FIXED. PLYWOOD BASE FLOORING REPLACED, COOLER LEAK REPLACED AND I WAS ADDING TRASH AND DEBRIS NEXT TO HER TRAILER. DON FELT IT COULD BE COMPLETED OR REDUCED.
03/29/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOUND ALL ORIGINAL ISSUES ABATED, 2 LEAKY SINKS, FLOORING, AND COOLER AND DEBRIS WAS APPROX 60% COMPLETE, BUT RICHARD VIDAL HAD A FOLLOW UP IN A WEEK FOR THE ENTIRE PARK. I ASKED BRANDIE TO KEEP MOVING FORWARD WITH THE DEBRIS. BRANDIE STATED SHE WAS HAPPY WITH ALL REPAIRS COMPLETED BY DON. WANT TO NOTE THAT COOLER IS VERY OLD, BUT WAS STILL RUNNING AT TIME OF FOLLOW UP AND NOT LEAKING, SUGGESTED PADS BE REPLACED. ALL ISSUED ABATED, NOV NOT REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE
