BUILDINGS WERE 40- 60 FT FROM WALL TO BUILDING AND ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE WALL, THERE WAS 30-50 FT OF DESERT LANDSCAPE AND THEN THE ALLEY, TO THE NEAREST HOMEOWNER. LIGHTS ON THE COMPLEX BUILDING WERE AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE. WILL CHK WITH DSD CONCERNING LIGHT ORDENANCE |
