Arrived and the units were still on site and the tenant was already in the process of moving out. T.P.D. was not sure how to secure due to the owner lives out of state. Did advise that a manager is on site and he was called to have the mobile home secured. The tenant did move alot of small items out to move to another location and will come tomorrow for the bed and what is left in the unit. All the windows were secured and the 2-doors were screwed shut with 2-screws in each door. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the east and west end of the mobile home and took pictures. The tenant did make arrangements to come tomorrow to get the other items out with the manager. The interior of the mobile home has a large amount of roaches, lacking smoke detectors, the dead front of the electrical panels in the closet, had no gas and water was in the process of being turned off. Once the manager signed the paper work and the mobile home was secured left the site. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
