They were covered with plastic and lacking the drywall. Did meet with the management and the maintenance man and checked for wetness and found none. Did meet with the upper unit and was able to run the water in the shower for awhile and had no leaks at this time. The maintenance will cove the hole in the ceiling and wall to remove the plastic. This is under Section 8 and will try and call the inspector for the unit. The tenant is currently moving and will let the work be done. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
