02/22/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured. Did talk to the property owner and the tenant has moved out and the tenant has nothing in the house. The tenant has never called on complaining on the electrical issues and this is the first the owner knew there was an issue on the electrical. She will contact an electrician to look at the electrical and will call back next week on the finding if anything found. The owner had everything on yesterday and had no issues with the electrical or breakers turning off. Will check in 10 days. RV.
03/20/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured. An electrician has checked the electrical service on the exterior of the house and check the electrical on the interior and found no issues that needed to be addressed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
