While on site found the RV in space #8 with out any utilities and someone is staying in the unit at different times. The RV has broken windows on the cab and the rear window. The person that owns the RV is the same person that lives in #14 who has been evicted from the property. The person did come back to remove some of her items and left the property. The maintenance was securing the property. The manager did sign the Notice to Vacated and the Indemnification. While on site on the securing, the tenant came back and T.P.D. had her escorted off the property. Did do a posting of Do Not Enter on the front windsheild and took pictures. The RV condemned due to lacking utilities. Will be giving this case to inspector Valdez due to has cases on the property. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
