02/04/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car through a house. Arrived and the vehicle was all the way in the S.E. bedroom. The driver left the site and was not part of this address. The house was occupied and had no injuries in the house. The exterior of the house was masonry wall with a furr out and drywall on the interior. The damage carried into the hall bathroom and the tub has been pushed wth some of the drywall pulled off and the wood framing. The masonary has cracks in the block up to the front door. The window next to the bedroom has a broken window and the drywall is cracked on the east wall with a hole on the south wall. The window to the S.E. Bedroom has been removed. The other bedroom has a window and the glass has been broken. The gas was removed by SWG due to the damage and the electrical was removed due to the damaged to the structure. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site due to the vehicle is going to be removed. When removing the vehicle crime scene showed and all was stopped until the took pictures and samples from the vehicle. Arcaiden Industries than went into standby. The masonary wall has been moved off the foundation on the whole front section of the house from the S.E. corner to the front door, approx. 30' long X 8' high. The cracks carry around he S.E. corner approx. 4' to the west. The vehicle was pulled from the site and the board up was done from the exterior of the over hang to the ground. The masonary wall is sticking out past the foundation and was not able to cover against the wall. The sliding glass door were not able to lock properly and the one on the west side was screwed shut and the one on the north side was boarded up. The posting of Do Not Enter was posted on the front window by the front door. The house was condemned and the owner lives in Phoenix and came to the site. Did take pictures and once the property was secured, left the site. Will check in 45 days. RV.
07/17/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved All the work is done and the permit has been finaled on 5-30-17. The tenant stated all the work was fine and everything cleaned up. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
