OCCUPANT IS JIM VOSS. WALKED TO UNIT 203 WITH MANAGER, KNOCKED ON DOOR, MR VOSS DID ANSWER, HE ADMITTED THAT HE IS WITH OUT GAS BUT SHOULD BE GETTING IT BACK ON SOON. I ASKED IF I COULD ENTER THE UNIT TO VERIFY THAT THERE WAS NO ELECTRIC, MR VOSS WOULD NOT ALLOW ENTRY HE WALKED OUT, LOCKED THE DOOR BEHIND HIM AND STATED HE WAS GOING TO SEE MANAGER MARIA, I EXPLAINED THERE WAS NO MANAGER MARIA. I THEN FOLLOWED HIM TO UNIT #303, HE WENT INSIDE AND SHUT THE DOOR, NOBODY WOULD ANSWER THE DOOR. I STATED I WOULD NEED HIM TO SIGN FOR THE NOV , HE DID NOT ANSWER AND I FOLLOWED HIM AS HE WALKED OVER TO UNIT#303. I THEN POSTED THE UNIT UNFIT TO OCCUPY ALONG WITH THE NOV, OWNER REFUSED TO SIGN MANAGER MADE COPIES OF THE NOV, SHE KEPT A COPY AND I INFORMED THEM THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO CONTACT TPD IF MR VOSS WAS FOUND ON THE PROPERTY. VERIFIED THRU CSR STEVE FLORES THAT THERE WAS NO POWER TO THE UNIT. STEVE HAD CONTACTED TEP. MANAGEMENT STATED THEY HAD ALSO STARTED THE EVICTION PROCESS ON 1/24/17.
02/01/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTION PER MANAGEMENT FOUND OCCUPANT HAD VACATED THE UNIT. UNIT WAS COMPLETELY CLEANED OUT. MANAGEMENT CAN NOW MAKE REPAIRS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
