Management did not see any roaches at the time, and the freezer needed to defrosted because tenant is putting the dial too high up and causing everything to freeze. Went into unit with tenant, instructed him to follow the guidelines maintenance had set out for the refrigerator he understood. States he will be ready for the next scheduled extermination, that being begging all his clothes and food so that they can spray the unit. Maintenance will also fix the hole in the wall behind the front door and will also take care of the cracks on the floor by carpet area and will also tighten up kitchen faucet will follow up on Thursday February 2nd |
