Description:
The 3rd story outside walkway at rear of building feels unsafe. The walkway feels soft when you walk on it. It slopes downward, away from the building. The rail attachment doesn't look like it could hold much weight.

Started with building #2 check railing and staircase railings on North side all was in order. Still on building #2 south-facing, all railing system was intact and secure. Had loose floorboard at #2303 and debris at #2308. Building 3 east facing walkway and railing system to both stairwells intact and secure. Still on building #3, walkways to both sections were intact and secured. Unit #3301 on the third floor the railing system at corner needed to be tightened. Rest the area was secured. Spoke with Ashley Thomas the leasing specialist who was going to get with maintenance to have issues addressed will do follow-up in 10 days |

Building 3 -rail system next to unit 3301 was anchored with a new Bolt and is now secure. Met with John maintenance supervisor will now move to close out this case |
