RANDY STATED THE R/V OWNERS MR & MRS HAWKINS HAVE LIVED IN THE PARK FOR 2 1/2 YEARS HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEM PARK OWNER AND OCCUPANTS HAVE A DISAGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER AND RLATIONSHIPS FALL APART AND ITS BEEN COMPLAINT AFTER COMPLAINT, THE LATEST BEING ELECTRICAL ISSUES. RANDY STATES HE HAD TEP COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE PEDSTALL. TEP FOUND NO ISSUESMRS HAWKINS HAD INFORMED THE MANAGER THAT THEY MADE THE CALL TO C/E, AND INFORMED MANAGEMENT THEY WOULD BE MOING OUT AT TH FIRST OF THE MONTH. MY INSPECTION FOUND THE PEDESTAL BUILT WITH THE METER INSIDE. THE PARK SIDE OF THE ELECTRICAL TO THE PEDESTAL PROPERLY INSTALLED AND THE HOOK UP FOR THE LINE LINE TO THE PESTALL PROPERLY INSTALLED, 30 AMP LIFELINE MATCHED THE 30 AMP BREAKER. MRS HAWKINS STATED NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE RV WIRING AND I DID NOT NEED TO INSPECT INSIDE THE RV. NO VIOLATIONS WERE FOUND. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
