Corner location had opaque fencing throughout the front and side yards gate was open and no accumulation of debris was seen. Middle unit had a wood fence in front however did have trash and debris outside the front gate tried to make contact however was unable to get anybody's attention. First location had dilapidated wood fence all along the front. Trash and debris along the front and side of the property, two vehicles on site both of which I could see had good tires and glass and seem to be operational will move to notice of violation |
