THE CONTAINER IS PARKED IN FRONT OF THE PERIMETER YARD FENCE BUT HE HAS ALLOWED 4 FT OF SIDEWALK SPACE FOR PEDESTIANS TO USE AS THE SIDE WALK AND I DID EVIDENCE PEOPLE USING THAT AREA AND NOT WALKING INTO THE STREET. WILL MEET WITH RICK SALDATE |

EXPLAINED THE FRONT R.O.W. WAS NOT YET DEVELOPED, STILL DIRT. EXPLAINED THAT THE OWNER FELT HE NEEDED 30 MORE DAYS TO COMLETE THE REMODEL AND COULD THEN GET THINGS MOVED OUT OF THE STORAGE CONTAINER. LET RICK KNOW THAT FROM THE CURB TO THE CONTAINER, 4 FT OF SPACE WAS ALLOWED FOR PEOPLE TO WALK BY WITHOUT HAVING TO ENTER THE STREET TO GO AROUND THE CONTAINER. RICK ASKED I NOT ISSUE A NOV DUE TO THE WORK IN PROGRESS, SHORT TIME FRAME TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT AND STORAGE CONTAINER ONLY PARTIALLY IN THE R.O.W. WITH ROOM TO MANUEVER AROUND THE CONTAINER. NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME, CLOSE CASE. |
