The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

Knocked on door and met with owner, states he constructed this carport without knowlege of needing permits, gave him instruction on the permitting process and advised him I would be sending a NOV to him. Trash and debris was piled on property because B&B was to begin in his area by end of the month |
