Manager said they did not have an open case for any units but did remember unit 61 had an issue where the dishwasher in above unit overflowed causing problems to unit 61. However this was taking care of. Made contact with unit 61 and stated the same that the dishwasher in the unit above overflowed causing their kitchen to leak this was February the 20th when it happened. Advise them to call management if it happens again at the time that it does happen. Then spoke to manager letting her know if it does happen again to get out there to make sure all is taken care of. Because no leak was active at this time will move to close out this case |
