SPOKE WITH MICHAEL TAKU KNOWING OWNER IS ON THE HISTORICAL COMMITTEE. MICHAEL ASKED I GIVE HIM TO THE END OF THE WEEK TO STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT. I REVIEWED AND OK'ED THIS WITH MICHAEL WYNEKEN. WILL FOLLOW UP ON 12/2/16 |

THE YARD ITSELF WAS FREE OF GRASS, WEEDS, AND TRASH AND DEBRIS. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
