At unit 3 met with tenant states she just moved in a couple weeks ago and the problem was due to the washing machine not being attached to the drain pipe, and water was flowing out into the ground and into neighbouring properties. Situation was taken care of by drain pipe being placed back into the drain and no longer spilling onto ground. Tenant showed me the area of concern all was in order no leaking water and area was completely dry will move to close out case |
