The owner or responsible party also shall post both the structure and the exterior premises with signs to provide conspicuous and reasonable notice prohibiting entry (i.e., "No Trespassing" signs). |

The owner was involved in a accident and will be on the property once he is done with the accident. Did call Rick Saldate due to did not have a case and went over on what was going on. Did give permission to secure if the owner does not comply and will be check in the affternoon. RV. |

The owner gave permission to continue and they will secure another mobile home. Covered all the openings with plywood and did the posting of "Do Not Enter" in the front on the metal of the mobile home. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
