11/16/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a broken sprinkler head and flooded the unit and water fell into the bottom unit. Arrived all the units have cleared the site and the fire inspector was on site. The sprinkler head was broken by someone hanging a hanger with clothing on it and pulled down. The carpet, vinyl flooring was full of water. Did have a company on site extracting the water. They did have the blowers and a heater to dry the unit out. The tenant was asked to leave and having trouble getting her out. Did do the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the door to the unit. The lock was changed to keep the tenant out of the unit. Will be checking the unit tomorrow to check the status of the unit to check if the tenant can stay after tomorrow. The manager signed all the paper work and took pictures. The tenant was going to stay with freinds.Did have a fire watch until the sprinkler head was repaired and the system placed back on line. Will check the unit tomorrow. RV.
11/21/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The work for the patching has been done and lacking the painting and that will be done by tonight. The carpet is being replaced and the bedroom was being done today. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
