11/14/2016 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-11(f)(5) All interior coverings, finishes, surfaces including walls, ceilings and floors shall be maintained in a good, clean and sanitary condition. Peeling, chipping, flaking or abraded paint shall be repaired, removed or covered. All walls, ceilings or floors shall be free from holes, breaks and loose or rotting materials. Cracked or loose plaster, wallboard, decayed wood or other defective surface conditions shall be corrected.

11/14/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site, met with the tenant of the property who showed me into the uniit. Bathroom ceiling sheetrock and texture and paint damaged, Bedroom also with ceiling damage sheetrock, texture and paint about 4x4 section. Tenant at #10 & #8 states also ceiling damage in bedrooms was described to me over the phone but was not seen by the inspector. Spoke to 3-D management they are aware of the coolers leaking and they were shut down last week, they now will move forward with repair to roof and ceiling involved, would not give me owners phone number but will research this and try to speak to the owner. Nov to follow
12/21/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved arrived on site tenant of unit 11 have moved out verified with her over the phone. Called and left a message for management company to find an update on if the roof was repaired and if any repairs were completed inside the unit as well we'll wait 24 hours before trying to contact them again
