Bathroom ceiling sheetrock and texture and paint damaged, Bedroom also with ceiling damage sheetrock, texture and paint about 4x4 section. Tenant at #10 & #8 states also ceiling damage in bedrooms was described to me over the phone but was not seen by the inspector. Spoke to 3-D management they are aware of the coolers leaking and they were shut down last week, they now will move forward with repair to roof and ceiling involved, would not give me owners phone number but will research this and try to speak to the owner.
