I MET THE MANAGER AND MAINTANENCE PERSON AT THE APT, NO ONE WAS HOME. TRIED CONTACTING THE OCCUPANT BUT LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING SHE CONTACT ME. ALTHOUGH I COULD NOT GET INSIDE I DID FIND THE DOOR WAS LOCKED, WEATHER STRIPPING WAS PLACED ON EITHER SIDE OF THE DOOR, A RUBBER BASE WAS ADDED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR, AND A FLAT DOOR SWEEP PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR. WILL TRY AGAIN LATER TO CONTACT OCCUPANT.
11/07/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved TRIED CONTACTING THE OCCUPANT A SECOND TIME, RECEIVED NOT EVEN A RECORDING. SPOKE WITH MIKE WYNEKYN, EXPLAINED MY FINDINGS, ASKED HOW MANY CALLS AND VISITS WERE ENOUGH BEFORE CLOSING THE CASE. MIKE AND RICK M. FELT THAT WE HAD DONE OUR DUE DILIGENCE TO GO AHEAD AND CLOSE CASE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
