11/14/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site, called tenant however no answer but did leave a phone message. Knocked on door but no answer. Will make contact with property mananger. Made contact with Cheryl at Eucalyptus Gardens 414 e Prince. States tenants just moved, apt was fogged on 10/26/2016 and was going to be fogged again on 11/10/16 but tenant cancelled on that day. Has it scheduled for 11/23/2016, will follow up on 11/28/2016
12/15/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met owner Andy Promgratz, he states his is filling in for Cheryl but knows for certain that unit #30 was sprayed again after Thanksgiving and has no futher issues with this tenant. Will move to close out this case.
