10/12/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT PUMPHREY Approved Site inspection at request of TPD officer Stover, who was onsite. He was called out by owner (jr) due to trespassing concern; the officer noticed the hazardous and unpermitted use of extension cords from neighboring property to power cameras and eqipment on the vacant lot, which has no power. Cords are daisy chained and strung aerially and permanently attached to two poles and office from the apartment. No one home at apartment. Parcel also has multiple vehicles, most are classified as JMVs, JMV third wheel trailer refuse. Parcel is supposed to be vacant per court order. Case will be reopened and a new notice issued for hazardous use of extension cords; photos.
11/22/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE PUMPHREY Approved No change at property with the exception that extension cords were not energized from neighboring property. Tree was cut down, but debris was left in a pile with other refuse. Vehicle storage, including JMVs, were still present. New citation will likely be issued after review from past cases.
